The United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and CDTO Campus are launching training for women managers involved in the digitalisation of public services.

Objectives
- The key objectives of this programme are to:
- Enable participants to enhance their knowledge and skills in the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital public services through an in-depth study of domestic experience and best international practices;
- Improve understanding of the competencies and skills required by CDTOs (Chief Digital Transformation Officer) for the effective fulfillment of their duties;
- Strengthen participants’ leadership and other non-technical skills (soft skills);
- Increase the representation of women in the digital public sector and combat related gender stereotypes and biases.

Program Specifications
- The Leadership programme for women will last for 4 months – from May to September 2025. The training course includes 4 training modules, which will be held in the format of 16 weekly webinars and two offline training sessions in Kyiv at the beginning and end of the programme.
- Webinars will be held once a week, with an estimated time from 16:00 to 17:30.
- The training modules cover various areas, such as the implementation of digital technologies in the public sector, current trends in digitalisation, effective management, as well as the development of non-technical skills, including communication skills, negotiation skills, and the art of public speaking.

Eligibility Criteria
- Women with higher education in middle management positions within executive government bodies or subordinate institutions/enterprises with at least 2 years of professional experience;
- Proven participation in at least 2 projects/initiatives related to public digital transformation;
- Commitment to fully participate in the programme throughout the specified period;
- Fluent in Ukrainian; proficiency in English at a professional level, confirmed by a certificate or writing samples, will be considered an advantage.
