- The MGG Academy is a laboratory for cooperation. Participants practice and enhance their competences to collaborate in highly diverse teams:
- Knowledge: The academic modules provide a space for dialogue and mutual learning. They address current global governance and sustainability challenges. They focus on the overall question of how a transformation to sustainability can be fostered in times of polycrisis, growing polarisation and geopolitical tensions. This includes the discussion of topics such as climate change, digitalisation and inequality with international experts and practitioners.
- Leadership: The leadership modules aim at strengthening individual and collective leadership competences. A strong focus is put on self-leadership, the reflection of own values and mindsets, and the identification of motivation and leverage points to unlock one’s own leadership potential.
