Deadline: 15 June 2025
Got a big idea but don’t know where to start? ACTSmart is your chance to turn that idea into a real startup! The Federation of Cambodian Startups is calling all university students across Cambodia — especially those in Phnom Penh — who are in their 3rd year or above and ready to make waves in the startup scene. Whether you’re a techie, a creative, or a business brain, they want you on this journey!
The ACTSmart Incubation Program is a specialized initiative, endorsed by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC) with support from the CBRD Fund designed to empower early stage SMEs and startups with the resources, mentorship, and funding opportunities needed to scale. Through expert guidance, hands-on support, and a strong entrepreneurial network, participants will refine their business models, enhance their market strategies, and access key funding opportunities.
Form a team of 2–4 students with a mix of skills — coding, design, marketing, biz dev — and apply together (solo is okay too, but teams are preferred!).
