Are you a meritorious female student from a public university with infinite dreams and limited resources? Applications are now open for the 3rd Cohort of the JAAGO Women Scholarship Program.
This scholarship programme is designed to support academically capable but economically disadvantaged female students enrolled in public universities across Bangladesh. By providing financial aid and leadership development opportunities, the JWS empowers young women to continue their education, grow into confident leaders, and contribute meaningfully to society.
Duration
- Selected applicants will receive monthly stipends for up to 48 months to help ease financial burdens and empower their educational journey.

- Monthly stipends to help cover living and academic expenses, reducing the financial pressure and enabling them to focus on their education.
- Coverage of tuition fees, examination fees, and study materials.
- Leadership development training, career workshops, and networking opportunities to help prepare them for professional success.
Eligibility Criteria
- The JAAGO Women Scholarship is open to female students who meet the following criteria:
- Must be currently enrolled in or have secured admission to a public university in Bangladesh.
- Must demonstrate financial need and/or belong to a disadvantaged or underprivileged background.
- Must be currently enrolled in or have just been admitted to a public university in Bangladesh as a 1st-year student (2024-25 session).
- Should have a strong academic record and be in good academic standing.
- Must show a passion for voluntary and community involvement.
