The French Embassy in Haiti is seeking applications for its Master 2 Scholarships for students of a very good level wishing to continue their higher education at the level of the 2nd year of a master’s degree (M2) in a French public university.

Eligibility Criteria
- Be under 35 years of age on January 1 of the year of award;
- Be of Haitian nationality and reside in Haiti;
- Hold a university degree of at least BAC+4 level or equivalent in the field of study concerned;
- Not have benefited from a study or internship grant from the French Embassy in the previous three years.
Application Requirements
- Certified photocopy of diplomas or certificates obtained (do not include originals);
- University transcripts;
- Cover letter;
- Detailed curriculum vitae;
- Photocopy of passport;
- Letter of recommendation from a university professor and the employer (if applicable) highlighting the merits of the approach;
- Studies in France;
- File number (the file must be submitted and the application fees paid).
