The Embassy of France in Uganda is offering a scholarship, designed for young Ugandan students who already possess a Bachelor degree in one of the concerned fields and who want to pursue their Master’s degree studies in in France, in a French Public university, either in French or English language.
The scholarship also provides priority access to subsidized student housing, assistance with administrative procedures throughout the stay, and opportunities to participate in cultural activities and networking events.

- Gender studies
- Economics
- Engineering

Costs Covered
- The Master’s in France scholarship covers round-trip international airfare between Uganda and France, full tuition fees, visa fee waivers, and the CVEC fee.
- Recipients will receive a monthly stipend to cover living expenses, as well as health insurance (70% covered by the French government and 30% by Campus France).
Eligibility Criteria
- Be a Ugandan citizen;
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in the concerned areas before the call closes;
- Study French subject in the frame of your studies.
Application Requirements
- Documents needed:
- Cover letter;
- Copy of an identity document;
- Copy of the Bachelor degree.
- Proof of application to or admission from a recognized French public university (admission letter or application confirmation).
