The Chasing M’s Foundation is now inviting applications for its Cincinnati Heroes Scholarship to honor the medical team that helped save Hamlin’s life.
Funding Information
- The scholarship offers $1,000 per year, which can be used toward tuition, housing, or books.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
- Applicants must be in good academic standing throughout the application and selection process to be/remain eligible for selection. Failure to do so will result in the applicant being ineligible for a scholarship and/or the loss of the scholarship, if one has already been awarded to the applicant.
- Withdrawing from your educational program, whether high school or college, will result in the student being ineligible for a scholarship and/or the loss of the scholarship, if one has already been awarded to the applicant.
- An applicant may not receive more than one (1) scholarship per calendar year.
Application Requirements
- The applications and any included materials that are submitted shall become, and remain, the property of Chasing M’s. By submitting an application, the applicant acknowledges that his/her/their application, including his/her/their video, may be posted on this Site, at Chasing M’s discretion. By applying you acknowledge that Chasing M’s has no obligation to use or post any application you submit.
- You agree that any submissions, in whole or in part, may be used by Chasing M’s or its affiliates for any lawful purpose. Do not transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or profane material, or any other material that could constitute or encourage conduct that could be considered a criminal offense or violate any law.
- By submitting an application, you agree that your application is gratuitous and made without restriction, and will not place Chasing M’s under any obligation.
- Scholarships are non-transferable and may impact a recipient’s eligibility for other financial aid or assistance.
- Applicants and their applications are subject to verification, including, but not limited to, verification of age, current attendance and good standing at the educational institution included in their application, and that they are a citizen or permanent resident of the U.S.
