It’s no surprise that sightseeing might be the last thing you’re able to spend your money on. At Go City, they believe everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the best of their favourite city. That’s why they are giving one lucky winner the chance to explore attractions for free with their passes.
You can check out top museums and must-see landmarks, learn from the locals on a walking tour or discover something you didn’t even know existed they have got everything from bucket list spots to hidden gems, so there’s plenty for you to discover with Go City.
Prize Information
- The winner of the Go City Education Scholarship will receive:
- A 6-pass allowance for you (plus your friends and family) to check out your favourite city’s best attractions and experiences.
- A one-time award of $4,000 to put towards books, expenses and any other study necessities. The winner will have the funds transferred directly to their account.
- Mix and match 6 of the following pass types:
- The 2-day All-Inclusive Pass (with this pass you can visit as many attractions as you wish over two days).
- The 3-choice Explorer Pass (with this pass you can choose three attractions to visit and you’ll have 60 days to visit them).
Eligibility Criteria
- To qualify for this scholarship, you must be enrolled at a UK or US university and either be a citizen, permanent resident or currently studying in the UK or in the US on a student visa.
- Only one submission per person will be accepted.
Judging Criteria
- The competition entries will be judged by a panel of three judges based on the most apt, creative and original answer to the brief. The decision of the panel of judges (acting reasonably) will be final.
Application Requirements
- Pick one of their destinations and tell them the attraction(s) that you think they should add to their passes and why, using no more than 280 characters (the length of a Tweet). Basically, what other great attractions do you think they should add?
- Provide your full name and preferred contact email address and the name of the desired new attraction. If you prefer not to be contacted about future promotional activity let them know if you need to opt out of these.
- The winner will be determined by an applicant’s eligibility under the scholarship requirements and the strength of an applicant’s entry as determined by the selection committee.
- Go City reserves the right to use the name of the winner to feature on their website and social media accounts.
- By entering you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current, and complete. Go City Group reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
- Scholarships are awarded at the discretion of Go City and no scholarships or passes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any participant.
