Wildlife Conservation Nepal (WCN) invites students in their final year of Masters degree in Natural Resources Management (NRM), Environmental Science, or any other related courses to apply for the “Prem Conservation Grant” to support in their thesis completion.
The Research Grant focuses on encouraging young scientists who have potential to become leaders in their discipline and provide solutions to environmental problems for a larger community.
Funding Information
- Each year the Grant funds two finalists with a maximum of NPR 50,000/-.
Eligibility Criteria
- An applicant must be a citizen of Nepal.
- Applicants must be in the final year of Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Sustainable Development, Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, Wildlife Management and Biodiversity Conservation, Botany, Zoology, Agriculture, and Forestry or related courses in a Nepali University.
Selection Criteria
- Applications will be evaluated by the Selection Team at WCN. And, the final decision will be at the discretion of WCN.
