Are you translating Buddhist texts into your local language? Do you have a proposal for research on a Buddhist topic? Are you involved in a Buddhist project in your community? If yes, then now is your chance to bring your idea to life that will help the dharma flourish. The Ashoka Grants are open to the public and aim to identify and support organizations and individuals that are working to increase dharma activity around the world.
Ashoka Grants support organizations and individuals who are seeking ways to preserve and promote the dharma and are working to increase dharma activity around the world in innovative and enduring ways. These grants are for programs and projects that fall outside the criteria for Buddhist Studies Scholarships, Individual Practice Grants, or other KF awards.

- Duration: Ashoka Grants are usually for one year, but multiple years of funding may be possible in some cases.
