Which projects are eligible for a grant?
- The grant scheme is intended for the preparation, organization and implementation of festivals and public presentations that contribute to a wider audience reach and which increase and deepen interest in the creative industry.
- The festival or presentation must take place in the Netherlands or the Dutch Caribbean and have an audience strategy in place that focuses on reaching at least a thousand physical visitors.

- This grant scheme is aimed at large-scale public events. Smaller, more field-specific festivals and presentations or makers who are invited by a festival to create new work can apply to the Design, Architecture or Digital Culture grant schemes.
Who is this scheme intended for?
- This scheme is open for cultural institutions and organizations that organise special public programmes in the field of design, architecture, digital culture or the crossovers between them, such as festivals, exhibitions and events.
- The Fund focuses on professionals working in the creative industry. In order to receive a grant from the Fund, the applicant must be registered in the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) business register, or one of the Chambers of Commerce that fall within the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
