Creative Industries Fund NL has launched the Festivals and Public Presentations Grant Scheme for large-scale festivals and special presentations that contribute to a wider audience reach and which increase and deepen the interest in design, architecture and digital culture.
Scope and Objective
- This grant scheme is intended for applications from cultural institutions or organizations that focus on organizing large-scale festivals or special presentations within the context of the Dutch creative industry, serving an important public function.
- The festivals or presentations contribute to widening the audience reach, interest in and understanding of the creative industry.
- With the grant scheme, the Fund gives substance to the following policy objective:
- Promoting a sound and innovative design infrastructure.
Funding Information
- The maximum contribution to a festival or public presentation from this scheme is € 100,000.
- Budget extra round: € 300,000
- Application amount: Max. € 75,000
Which projects are eligible for a grant?
- The grant scheme is intended for the preparation, organization and implementation of festivals and public presentations that contribute to a wider audience reach and which increase and deepen interest in the creative industry.
- The festival or presentation must take place in the Netherlands or the Dutch Caribbean and have an audience strategy in place that focuses on reaching at least a thousand physical visitors.
- This grant scheme is aimed at large-scale public events.
Who is this scheme intended for?
- This scheme is open for cultural institutions and organizations that organise special public programmes in the field of design, architecture, digital culture or the crossovers between them, such as festivals, exhibitions and events.
