Feasibility Support Program 2024 – Turkey

Purpose

• To benefit from important opportunities in terms of development and competitiveness of the region, Feasibility studies of investments that will contribute to strengthening the economy and social structure is to be realised.

Program Priorities

• Increasing the competitiveness of the agricultural and industrial sectors
• Ensuring environmental sustainability
• Increasing tourism mobility by spreading throughout the region
• Development of logistics capacity and transportation infrastructure
• Preventing social risks and increasing women’s employment

Funding Information

• The total amount of resources allocated by the 2024 budget is 1,500,000 TL.
• The maximum amount to be provided per project within the framework of this program is 300,000 TL.

Duration

• The minimum project duration is 9 months and the maximum project duration is 12 months.

Location

• Projects must be carried out in the TR32 Level 2 Region (Aydÿn, Denizli, Muÿla) where the Agency operates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Governorship, District Governorate, Municipalities, Regional Directorates, Provincial Directorates, District Directorates
• Investment Monitoring and Coordination Directorates
• Professional organizations that are public institutions (Chambers, Stock Exchanges, etc.)
• University Rectorates
• Non-governmental organizations (Association, Foundation, etc.)
• Organized Industrial Zones,
• Small Industrial Sites,
• Technology development zone management companies
• Unions and Cooperatives
• Applicants must have the capacity to open the project account in their own name, transfer money to this account and spend from this account, as stipulated in the Development Agencies Project and Activity Support Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 8 November 2008 and numbered 27048.
• To be eligible to receive support, applicants must meet all of the conditions listed below:
  • They must be registered in the TR32 Level 2 Region (Aydÿn, Denizli, Muÿla) where the agency operates, or their headquarters or legal branches are located in this region,
  • The project activity is within the scope of duty and authority of the institution/organization offering the project,
  • Being directly responsible for the preparation and management of the project (together with its partners, if any) and not acting as an intermediary,

Ineligible

• In addition, applicants and project partners who are in the following situations cannot receive financial support from the agency:
  • Those who are bankrupt or in liquidation and whose affairs are carried out by a trustee or guardian due to this situation, who have made an agreement with creditors by declaring concordat, whose activities have been suspended or who are the subject of a prosecution related to these, or who are in similar situations stipulated in the current legislation;
  • Those who have been convicted of a crime related to professional activity by a final judicial decision (i.e. a decision that cannot be appealed);
  • Those who have a final court decision stating that they have abused their duties;
  • Those who have been convicted by final judicial decision for crimes such as fraud, corruption, taking part in a criminal organization;
  • Those who are found to be in serious breach of contract by failing to comply with obligations relating to any public procurement procedure or other financial support.
  • Those who make false statements during the provision of information and documents requested by the Development agency as a condition of participation in the call for proposals or those who do not submit this information and documents to the agency on time,
  • Those who attempt to influence the evaluation committee or the Development agency or obtain confidential information during the evaluation process of current or previous calls for proposals.
