The Comics Advocacy Group is delighted to announce the launch of their second Mini Grant Program.
The CAG Mini Grant provides small, unrestricted funding to comic creators who are in need of additional resources. As the cost of food and rent are growing prohibitive, many creators find themselves taking on additional work with time they do not have in order to make ends meet. Their goal in offering this mutual aid grant is to give cartoonists some time and space to work on the projects most important to them.
Funding Information
- Grant amount: $500 each to 30 awardees.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be people who write and/or draw comics.
Selection Criteria
- Selections will be made by February 12th, 2025. If you are awarded a mini grant, they will reach out to you via the email address you provide in this form and ask you where they can send it (by Paypal or physical check). If they do not receive a response within ten days, they will select another awardee.
