The City of Melville is seeking applications for the Youth Sport Grant that provides financial assistance to its young local athletes who have been selected to represent Western Australia or Australia in their chosen sport.
Funding Information
- Successful applicants may receive a one-off payment of $200 to be used towards travel costs, entry fees or any other event costs and not for personal gain.
- If successful, will be ineligible to apply for the Youth Sport Grant until a period of two years has passed since submission of the successful application.
Eligibility Criteria
- Be a resident of the City of Melville and be 18 years or younger at time of event.
- Have been selected by the State or National Sporting Association to represent Western Australia or Australia. A clear selection process will need to be demonstrated along with proof of selection.
- Be seeking funding to support travel costs, entry fees or any other costs to attend the competition.
