The Armagh City, Banbridge & Craigavon Borough Council with its Fit for Future Grant Program seeks to fund projects which will bring long term vacant properties (2 years+) back into commercial use.
Funding Information
- Grants of up to £20,000 (up to 80% of total capital costs) are available.
Eligible Costs
- Eligible costs will be limited to:
- Fit-out of commercial units/retail units/commercial residential (e.g. renovations; service and utility upgrades; repurposing of existing space; fixtures and fittings integral to the project)
- Shop Frontage improvements (e.g signage, shutter and wire removal, replacement of toughened glass, lighting, painting, rainwater goods
- Non recoverable VAT
Eligibility Criteria
- Property owners of a vacant property (2 year+) which is located within a settlement area of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council.
- Prospective tenants of a vacant property (2 year+) which is located within a settlement area of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council.
