Deadline: 7 July 2024
Colansa calls on civil society organizations and academics from Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) to participate in a grant program that promote the transformation of food systems, making them healthier, more sustainable, equitable and inclusive.
The first call of COLANSA’s Research Award schema will focus on Latin-America and the Caribbean regional projects that address different evidence needs for achieving food system transformation for healthier diets in children and adolescents.
The objective of this Call for Proposals is to support projects that will contribute to transformations in the way healthy foods are produced, marketed, and consumed. Proposals can address any of the aspects, sectors and actors involved in these processes, with the objective of promoting food systems that are healthy and sustainable in the countries, with special attention to the most socially vulnerable populations. The ultimate objective is to contribute to the protection of the human right to adequate food and health.
