Submissions are now open for the BioLEAP Classroom Grants to provide funding for effective, economical, and humane anatomy labs and teaching tools.
The BioLEAP Classroom Grant is designed to help educators fund the use of humane anatomy models in their classrooms to replace animal dissection.
Funding Information
- Through this grant, teachers will be reimbursed up to $1,000 for the purchase of advanced learning tools such as 3D digital models, synthetic specimens, and other innovative products.
How Many Grants are Awarded?
- The number of grants awarded annually depends on each teacher’s individual needs. They anticipate awarding 25-30 grants in 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be presently employed at a U.S. school.
- Applicants must be educators or administrators applying on behalf of educators.
- Applicants must be teaching an anatomy lab in the following school year.
