The 7stars Foundation is pleased to announce its call for 7stars Awards Grants Program.
The grants are targeted to further the potential and opportunity of children and young people who are surviving abuse, at risk of or experiencing homelessness, caring for a loved one, and challenged by addiction (either personally or through a member of their family).
Types of Streams
- Project Funding: Grants for charities to deliver a project for young people, aged 16 years old or under, aligned to the prioritised themes.
- Shine Bright: Grants for charities to purchase educational, wellbeing, or recreational items for young people, aged 16 years old or under, aligned to the prioritized themes.
- Individual Funding: Grants for individuals represented by a safeguarding, legal, social or outreach referee. Grants are to promote happiness, offer opportunity, or fulfil potential.
- Social Impact: They offer grants to charities across the year, aligned to the awareness days below.
Funding Information
- Project Funding: Grants are available up to £2,500 for each award.
- Shine Bright: Grants are available for up to £1,500 for each award.
- Individual Funding: Grants are available for up to £500 for each award.
- Social Impact: Grants of up to £1,500 to charities across the year.
Eligibility Criteria
- Project Funding:
- Applicants must be from a registered charity across England
- Applicants must have a turnover of under £1.5m
- Applicants must have delivered services pre 2020
- Applicants must not be volunteer led
- Grants are offered on a one-off basis
- Shine Bright:
- Applicants must be from a registered charity across the UK
- Applicants must have a turnover of under £1.5m
- Grants are offered on a one-off basis
- Individual Funding:
- Applicants must be a safeguarding referee
- Grants will be made to the safeguarding referee on behalf of the beneficiary
- They ask the referee to submit expenditure records to them as part of the monitoring policies
- Social Impact:
- Applicants must be from a registered charity across the UK
- Applicants must have a turnover of under £1.5m
- Applications must benefit young people 16 years and under.
