The RCN Foundation is an independent charity whose purpose is to support and strengthen nursing and midwifery, to improve the health and wellbeing of the public. They do this by providing grants for hardship, education and research.
Funding Information
- Grants of up to £500 are available to encourage and support healthcare support workers in furthering their career.
Eligibility Criteria
- Healthcare support workers based in the UK, who are Undertaking a UK-accredited course between 1 September 2024 and 1 September 2025
- Applications from apprenticeships are not eligible for this education grant.
- A healthcare support worker is defined as:
- Not a registered nurse, midwife, health visitor or nursing or midwifery student; and
- Delivers care as delegated by a registered nurse, midwife or health visitor.
