The Community Foundation of Central Georgia is seeking applications for the Blackstock Family Foundation Scholarship Fund to provide scholarships for Georgia students seeking a degree or certification in the fields of (a) health care with an emphasis on serving individuals with special needs and/or (b) STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) related courses.

- Amount of Award: Varies
- Number of Awards: At least one new award per year.
Eligibility Criteria
- Resident of the State of Georgia
- Preference will be given to students from Upson County, Georgia
- Graduating High School Senior or Currently Enrolled College Students
- Pursing a degree in a Healthcare or STEM field
- Must have a 2.7 cumulative GPA
Selection Criteria
- Recipients will be selected based on the following criteria:
- Financial Need
- Academic Performance/Merit,
- Community Involvement
- Extracurricular Activities
- Letters of Recommendation, and/or personal interviews.
