The Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport (DCAS) is accepting applications for the Arts and Culture Funding Program to support individuals, groups and organisations involved in arts and culture projects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Registered organisations and institutions, artist groups, individuals involved in artistic expression, and arts and culture events companies can apply.
- All applicants must be South African citizens based in the Western Cape.

- Funding is limited.
- Timeous submission of a completed online application does not guarantee funding.
- All applications and supporting documentation must be submitted online.
- No late applications will be accepted.
- No faxed, hand delivered, or emailed applications will be accepted.
- Only one application in either section A or B, is allowed per individual/organisation/company.
Ineligibility Criteria
- Organisations not eligible for funding:
- National government departments
- Profit based organizations, business enterprises and public entities
- Political Parties
- Commercial or professional bodies
