The Artists & Mothers Grant Program is committed to supporting artists who identify as mothers at an inflection point in their careers.
Funding Information
- Awardees will receive a grant for $25,000 to be used for childcare expenses with the provider of their choice.
Eligibility Criteria
- US Citizen, Permanent Legal Resident status
- Working artists with at least five years of professional commitment to their practice
- Applicants must have a child under the age of three as of December 31, 2025
- Applicants must live in one of the five boroughs of New York City

- Artists & Mothers has invited a jury of arts professionals to serve in the review process.
- election will be based on artistic merit, financial need, and diversity within the cohort.
