Submissions are now open for the Architecture Grant Scheme to support projects initiated by architects, agencies, observers, publishers and producers or cultural institutions.
The projects contribute, in the context of any of the disciplines that come under the field of architecture, or in the context of a crossover between these disciplines, to strengthening the quality, development or understanding of the field of architecture.
The scheme complements the Fund’s following general objectives:
- promoting the power of design in big social challenges;
- stimulating experiment and research;
- supporting reflection and debate;
- promoting the development of artistic quality.
What grants can be applied for?
- € 450,000 budget current round
- The following grants may be provided:
- project grant, co-financing is required
- starting grant up to a maximum of € 7,500, co-financing is not required
Who is this scheme intended for?
- The scheme is open for projects initiated by designers, makers, observers, researchers, design agencies or cultural institutions active within the field of architecture in the broad sense.
- The field of architecture encompasses the disciplines urban planning, regional planning, garden and landscape architecture, interior architecture and subdisciplines that touch on these disciplines.
