The Robert B. Silvers Foundation has launched its Silvers Grants for Work in Progress to support long-form writing in the fields of literary criticism, arts writing, political analysis, and/or social reportage.
Funding Information
- Grant amount up to $10,000.
Eligibility Criteria
- Anglophone writers of any nationality may apply.
Application Requirements
- Applications must be submitted as a single PDF and should include:
- A curriculum vitae
- A one-page description of the project
- Full responses to the financial questionnaire
- A 500–2,000 word sample of the writer’s work
- The writing sample can be from the writer’s work in progress or from a previously published essay, article, or book.
