Deadline: Ongoing
Calling all aspiring leaders! Want to make a transformative impact on Hong Kong’s education?
The Program is designed for leaders like you – without an initial background in education. It is not just about teaching in high-need schools for education equity, but also about developing you into a future leader who can drive positive change in education and beyond.
With practical experience as a full-time teacher at a high-need school, and continuous coaching and training, you are equipped with unique insights on HK education and transferrable skills to lead yourself, others, and changes.
BY 12 MONTHS, you will outgrow the responsibilities and be ready to take on new paths within and beyond frontline education, such as business, nonprofit, public sector, technology, and many more.
