Costs Covered

• The organisers provide:
  • Travel from a city of residence to Novosibirsk and back;
  • Double accommodation;
  • Visa support;
  • Scholarship for the duration of the fellowship in the amount of 30,000 rubles.
• The following costs are borne by the participants:
  • Medical insurance;
  • Meals.

Eligibility Requirements

• Non-Russian experts who pursue studies and work in the fields that fit the fellowship programmes are welcomed to take part in the selection process.
• Candidate specification:
  • Non-Russian citizenship;
  • Age 25-35
  • Place of residence outside Russia.
  • Holder of a relevant degree (linked to one of the three areas of study);
  • Current work in the respective speciality;
  • Professional command of English (B2 level and above);
  • Knowledge of Python, basic machine learning algorithms, and basic medical knowledge.

Selection Criteria

• Applicants for the fellowship will be selected on a competitive basis. The selection criteria include:
  • Good academic performance;
  • Other research and expert activities of an applicant (participation in conferences, grant receipts, research fellowships, expert publications, media comments, etc.);
  • Results of the (online) interview
