Then apply now for the Tech Policy Fellowship, a transformative program designed to equip Ghanaian professionals with the skills, tools, and networks to lead change in the tech policy space.
The Tech Policy Fellowship is a five-month program which aims to build a dynamic cohort of ten (10) young professionals in Ghana with the capacity to shape and influence digital and technology policy through research, advocacy, and innovative projects.
Fellows will undergo a two-week intensive hybrid training boot camp, engage in a study tour to an African country with exemplary digital policy practices, and develop hands-on policy projects. The program culminates in a graduation event and continued support through a national Tech Policy Network.

Eligibility Criteria
- They are looking for emerging leaders from diverse sectors, including:
- Tech professionals and entrepreneurs
- Policy analysts and civil servants in ICT-related ministries/agencies
- Legal and regulatory professionals
- Academics and researchers in technology-related fields
- Journalists and communicators covering digital innovation
- Members of civil society and digital rights organizations
- Women in technology and public policy
- Final-year students or recent graduates in tech-related fields
- They strongly encourage women, persons with disabilities, and candidates from outside Accra to apply.
- Ghanaian citizen with a valid passport.
- Experience or background in technology, policy, governance, or related fields.
- Passion for public interest, innovation, and digital transformation.
- Commitment to fully participate in all components of the program (May–September 2025).
