Applicants are now invited to submit applications for the Fulbright Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program for mid-level professionals to the United States for an academic year of combined non-degree study at a U.S. university and professional development with U.S. counterparts.
The ideal candidates for this program are mid-career professionals in leadership positions who have the requisite experience/skills, commitment to public service, and potential for advancement in their professions. Applicants should have a minimum of five years professional experience and should be policy rather than research or technically oriented. The Humphrey Fellowship Program is designed to strengthen the leadership skills of professionals who will contribute to their communities and professional fields.

Eligibility Criteria
- Citizens of Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, St. Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
- A university degree from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of five years of full-time professional experience (prior to August 2025) in the relevant field and should be interested in the policy aspects of their field of specialization.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a record of public service.
- Demonstrated English language ability.
- Limited prior experience in the U.S.
Selection Criteria
- Please note that selection for this program is competitive.
- The review panel is looking for candidates who meet all program requirements, including demonstrated leadership ability/potential, a commitment to public service, and a well-developed program plan.
- Following a technical review, short-listed candidates will be advised and invited for an interview.
