Applications are now open for the BUILD Fellow Program to work with a variety of teams during a series of rotational assignments over the 2-year program.
You will build a network of peers and mentors, develop your personal leadership toolkit, build on your strengths, and learn about different types of roles at the firm. As a BUILD Fellow, you will learn various tools and skills, core business essentials, advanced communication tactics, and foundational problem-solving methods. When you join McKinsey, you are joining a firm whose culture is distinctive and inclusive. They hope that your experience in the program will accelerate your development as a leader to create positive, enduring change in the world.
At the end of the 2-year development program, Fellows may apply for available full-time open positions or pursue other external opportunities. Availability of full-time roles at McKinsey is not guaranteed.

Eligibility Criteria
- Final year of an undergraduate degree, ideally in a quantitative/analytical field
- All degree(s) achieved must be from select Georgia, Massachusetts, or New York public college/universities. For the complete list of eligible schools, check each specific job application
- Strong record of leadership and initiative taking
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Work effectively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organization
- Communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English
