The LedBy Foundation’s Corporate Leaders Fellowship is a fully funded scholarships program for a 6-month intensive leadership program for high-potential Indian Muslim women.
They select 30 women with the aptitude, aspiration, and ambition through a rigorous selection process and provide them with avenues, agency, and access.

Eligibility Criteria
- You are eligible for the LedBy Corporate Leaders Fellowship if you:
- Identify yourself as an Indian Muslim Woma(x)n
- Are 18 years or older as of 1 January 2024
- Are currently employed in a paid, full-time role (internships, volunteer roles do not count)
- Have 1-3 years of work experience as on Jan 1, 2024 (internships, volunteer roles do not count)
- Physically reside in India for the next 1 year.
