InteRussia Fellowship in Energy Sector for specialists from ASEAN Countries

The InteRussia program offers energy specialists from ASEAN countries an opportunity to deepen their knowledge and gain new practical experience in issues related to the fuel and energy sector, nuclear power, and renewable energy sources. Participants will also visit government agencies, industrial enterprises and major energy infrastructure facilities.

These include the Russian Ministry of Energy, the Department of Transport of the Moscow Government, facilities of PJSC Mosenergo, PJSC Rosseti, PJSC Transneft, Severnaya compressor plant, PJSC Gazprom, and Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation.

Funding Information

• The organisers provide:
  • Travel from a place of residence to the venue of the program and back;
  • Accommodation in single rooms in St. Petersburg, and accommodation in double rooms in Moscow;
  • Visa support;
  • One-time scholarship of RUB 30,000 for the whole duration of the fellowship.
• The participants pay for:
  • Medical insurance;
  • Meals during the fellowship.
• The program will take place from November 10 to October 8, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

• In order to take part in the selection, applicants must meet the following requirements at the close of the application process,
• Citizenship from ASEAN countries, residence outside of Russia;
• Age between 21 and 40;
• Relevant education and work experience in the field of economics, management, and technology in the energy sector;
• A candidate must be currently employed at an ASEAN country’s energy company or agency;
• Proficiency in English (B2 level and above).
