The Cure Brain Cancer Foundation is pleased to announce the Guardian Trust Early Career Fellowship.
To improve survival and quality of life for people with brain cancer, they need the most talented and brilliant minds in this field receiving the essential stability and support they need to succeed. As such, the Foundation is proud to announce the inaugural Guardian Trust Early Career Fellowship—valued at $575,000 across five years. This marks a significant milestone as the first-ever 5-year grant offered by the Foundation, showcasing the commitment to making a tangible impact in the fight against brain cancer.
The Guardian Trust Early Career Fellowship aims to empower the next generation of promising researchers. By fostering their dedication to tackling the complexities of brain cancer, the Foundation aims to fortify the landscape of early career research within Australia. This synergy will generate fresh perspectives and groundbreaking solutions, paving the path for the development of novel, innovative treatments that hold the promise of hope and brighter futures for Australian brain cancer patients and their families.
It is expected that Fellows undertake a significant piece of publishable work during their tenure that will lead to a more permanent position within the brain cancer research field.
