- Early Childhood Educators: Professionals who specialize in play methods, creative teaching, and child-centered pedagogies.

Application Process
- Candidates must be prepared to showcase their leadership potential. This will be evaluated through three essays where you will:
- Describe your personal achievements over the years.
- Share your volunteer and professional experiences.
- Detail your long-term goals and motivations for joining the fellowship.
- They recommend employing the STAR approach (Situation, Task, Action, and Result) to structure your essays. Reflect on your past experiences, and don’t rush; think deeply, write honestly, and proofread diligently.
