The Climatic Peace is excited to announce the official launch of the Climate Action and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) Fellowship Program, a transformative 12-week journey designed to empower 150–200 young changemakers across the Arab States.
As climate challenges and disaster risks escalate in the region, this hybrid fellowship stands as a bold call to action for youth-driven solutions. Through immersive learning, real-world innovation labs, and hands-on community engagement, the program equips young leaders with the tools and resources to build a resilient, sustainable future.
Purpose
- To equip and empower youth from the Arab States with the knowledge, skills, and support to drive climate action and disaster resilience through an innovative, experiential, and community-driven program.
Objectives
- Train 150-200 youth in project management and climate initiatives.
- Achieve an 85% satisfaction rate from participants.
- Collaborate with 10+ organizations for diverse insights and experiences.

Eligibility Criteria
- Individual Applications
- Open to young leaders who:
- Are aged 18 to 30 years
- Reside in any Arab State
- Have a strong interest or experience in climate action, disaster risk reduction (DRR), or community development
- Come from diverse fields including environmental science, technology, business, engineering, and social sciences
- Demonstrate motivation to address climate challenges in their communities
- Possess or are willing to develop skills in project management, innovation, and community engagement
- Special consideration will be given to applicants from regions highly vulnerable to climate change or disasters.
