The Save the Children is organizing the Digital Equity Fellowship to mark International Girls in ICT Day 2025.
This initiative has been playing a role in developing the skills and leadership of women in the ICT sector since 2023. However, in order to achieve inclusive digital equality, this year, male fresh graduates will also be able to apply for some positions alongside women.
The selected 8 young people will receive a 12-month full-time internship opportunity at Save the Children. There will also be opportunities to develop leadership, professionalism, and communication skills through grooming webinar sessions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates who graduated in or after 2021 are eligible to apply.
- The following positions are open for applications:
- Business Analyst (both female and male can apply)
- Web Developer- Dot Net (both female and male can apply)
- Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer (both female and male can apply)
- User Interface (UI) Designer (only females can apply)
- Data Analyst (only females can apply)
- Each participant is eligible to apply for a single position only.
- Only Bangladeshi nationals are eligible to apply.
Educational Requirements
- Preferably graduates from CSE, EEE, Business Administration, ICT, or relevant fields.
- If you are from a different academic background but have experience and passion in working with ICT, you can also apply.
