The Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia is inviting applications for its Workshop on Diversity Process Support aimed at the members of publicly funded Swiss cultural organisations to enable them to draw on advice and support from external diversity experts.
Funding Information
- Maximum grant of: CHF 50,000.
- The grant covers the costs of obtaining external expertise for the diversity process.
- The institution/organisation must make its own appropriate contribution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Cultural institutions and organisations (who have taken part in Pro Helvetia’s diversity process support workshop)
- Organisations may participate in the workshop with a maximum of two persons, at least one of whom must have managerial responsibility (board of directors, executive board, HR manager, etc.)
Ineligibility Criteria
- Grants towards infrastructure, equipment and operating costs
- Grants towards the organisation’s communication measures
- Cultural institutions or organisations that are not publicly funded
Selection Criteria
- Structural fields of action are recognised and clearly identified (HR policy, work and decision-making processes, programme design, etc.).
- The diversity process must be supported by the management and appropriate resources should be made available for this purpose.
- The diversity process occurs on multiple organisational levels and in an intersectional manner.
- The diversity process promises sustainable transformation potential.
- The process support is professional and of reputable quality in relation to diversity in organisational development.
