The 14th Edition of Posterheroes invites designers, illustrators, and visual storytellers from around the world to reflect on the generative power of empathy.
To imagine a world where kindness is radical, visible, and contagious. A world where power is not measured by control, but by the ability to create meaningful connections.
Theme
- Seeds of Kindness:
- How can people design empathy?
- How do people make small, transformative gestures visible?
- How can kindness reshape relationships, spaces, cultures—even contemporary geopolitics?
Prize Information
- Favini, in collaboration with the Associazione Culturale Plug, will select twelve posters among the forty winners to realise the Contest Calendar 2025.
- Favini will select the Favini mention’s winning artwork for a value of €2500 (two thousand five hundred) among the forty posters selected by the jury.
- Fondazione Time will select the Time mention’s winning artwork for a value of €1500 (one thousand five hundred) among the forty posters selected by the jury.
- The 40 winner posters will be published on the Posterheroes website.
Eligibility Criteria
- Contest participation is free and open to all without an age limit.
- Participation is allowed for both individual artists and groups. In the case of group participation, the members must appoint a group leader who will liaise with the Organizers.
Application Requirements
- Upload submissions:
- Users can upload the posters whenever they want before the deadline. They can delete, add projects and modify until and no later than the official deadline (unless officially extended)
- The poster files to be uploaded for participation in the Contest can be up to a maximum of three.
- Files will be requested according to these specifications:
- 70 x 100 cm
- 300 dpi
- open format (e.g. PSD, ai, procreate)
- Technical requirements:
- 10 MB max size: A maximum resolution of 150 dpi is recommended.
- Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG.
- Colour profile: CMYK.
- Technique: Free.
- Under penalty of disqualification, submissions must not display any symbol or signature that may identify the author.
- Text, if any, must be in English; no other language will be accepted.
- Artworks must not be entirely generated by artificial intelligence.
