The Ministry of Women and Child Development in collaboration with MyGov, is organising a Drawing Competition on Poshan.
The competition centres on drawings that promote the messages and goals of Poshan Abhiyaan, such as the importance of nutrition, healthy eating, diet diversity, and the impact of good nutrition on overall well-being.
Theme
- The The theme of the competition is “Poshan/Nutrition,” with a specific focus on promoting the goals and messages of POSHAN Abhiyaan. Participants should create artwork that reflects the importance of nutrition, healthy eating habits, and the impact of proper nutrition on overall well-being, etc.
Prize Information
- The top three ranks in each category will be given prize money:
- First Winner INR. 5000
- Second Winner INR. 3000 and
- Third Winner INR. 2000
Eligibility Criteria
- The contest is open to all Indian citizens.
Requirements
- The participants agree to grant an exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license in respect of all the rights, titles and interests, including but not limited to intellectual property in the Submissions in favour of the organizers.
- The organizers shall have all rights to publish, use, adapt, edit and/or modify such Submissions, including, without limitation, selected portions thereof, in any way, in any media, without limitation, worldwide and in perpetuity, for use, including but not limited to, advertising, promotion, review, or any other purpose whatsoever.
- The participants undertake not to file applications or claim rights, title, or ownership in the Submissions and shall provide all assistance to the Organizers to obtain registration of Intellectual Property in respect of the same, in the name of the Organizers, as may be required in any jurisdiction.
- The submissions must include a brief description of the selection of the theme for the drawing competition.
- Please note that the submissions must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Anyone found infringing on others’ copyright will be disqualified from the competition.
- All rights, titles, and interests, including, without limitation, intellectual property rights in the submissions being made, must be owned solely by the participants.
- The participant should ensure that his/her MyGov profile is accurate and updated since the Department would use this for further communication. This includes details such as name, complete postal address, email ID and phone number. Entries with incomplete profiles would not be considered.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time. To avoid doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
- The Submissions shall not comprise any illegal, obscene, provocative, or inappropriate content.
- At any stage of evaluation, if an entry is found to violate the guidelines, the entry will be removed from the evaluation process without giving any intimation.
