To mark International Women’s Day, Salma Attah Foundation for Women and Girl’s Support, in partnership with Wisdom ICT Solutions, is hosting a Bootcamp tagged “Girl Code Boot Camp 3.0” aimed at equipping 30 young girls with skills.
The boot camp intends to contribute to achieving SDGs 1 – No Poverty, 4 — Quality Education; 8 – Decent work and Economic Growth, 10 – Reduced inequalities and 17 – Partnerships for the Goals.
The boot camp will hold in Minna, Niger state from March 8th – March 10th 2024 to mark IWD 2024.
Benefits

- Basic Graphics Design Skills
- Basics of UI/UX Design
- Note: Breakfast and lunch will be provided to all selected participants for the duration of the three-day Salma Attah Girl Code Boot Camp in Minna, Niger State.
Eligibility Criteria
- Girl Code Bootcamp is an opportunity open to young girls between the ages of 17 – 35 from all over Nigeria who wish to be equipped with globally sought-after skills that will help them seize work opportunities across the world.
- Must be Female
- Participants must have a laptop
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Young women with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
- Only 25 young women will be selected for this cohort.
