Deadline: 19 June 2025
The Women in Africa (WIA) Young Leaders Program is now accepting applications for its 2025 edition, offering a transformative experience for young African women committed to driving positive change across the continent.
This initiative is part of the fight for equal opportunities and enables the training of young African women leaders by providing quality support in their professional careers and social advancement, helping them fully realize their potential.
Since its inception in 2021, the WIA Young Leaders Program has aimed to support and highlight young African women who are actively contributing to building a dynamic, innovative, and inclusive Africa.
This initiative provides participants with high-level networking opportunities, including interactions with CEOs, ministers, journalists, public figures, accomplished business leaders, and entrepreneurs.
The program also offers a comprehensive training curriculum encompassing board training, media training, career coaching, women’s leadership, and customized sessions tailored to individual needs.
Each awardee is paired with a mentor—an international leader profile—to guide their professional journey. Additionally, participants will embark on a learning expedition in the third quarter, involving a business trip organized in a major global economic capital.
