The SAGARMATHA SAMBAAD invites children and youth aged 15 to 29 from across Nepal to apply for participation in Balbalika tatha Yuva Sambaad (BaYu Sambaad) happening on 26 April 2025, a platform dedicated to amplifying children and youth’s voices.
This is a youth-led event jointly organized by the Government of Nepal, United Nations Nepal (UNICEF Nepal, FAO Nepal, UNDP Nepal), Nepalese Youth for Climate Action (NYCA), Mountain Youth Hub (MYH), World Food Forum (WFF) Nepal, Global Youth Biodiversity Network (GYBN) Nepal, and Clean Energy Nepal (CEN).

Eligibility Criteria
- Young people aged 15 to 29
- Passionate about climate action and advocacy
- From any province in Nepal
- Strongly encouraged to apply: Women, children, marginalized communities, persons with disabilities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and youth from climate-affected areas.
