The Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation, Ministry of Jal Shakti in collaboration with MyGov is organizing a Reel-Making Campaign on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM) is inviting citizens to create a suitable video (in reel format) that should value and serve as a celebratory message to communicate the importance of the Swachh Bharat Mission.
The reel should highlight SBM and SHS components, how it has made life easier for rural masses, its impact on their economy, it’s impact on health of rural citizens and environment (soil, water, air, discharge of harmful gasses etc.). You can use your imagination and creativity without the use of any offensive/derogatory or political content etc. (political/religious/inappropriate slur).

- Share your personal experience of Swachh Bharat Mission and what has been your favorite initiative within the program

- No offensive language or derogatory content will be allowed. All submissions must be original and not infringe on existing copyrights or trademarks.

- The organizers shall not be responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or could not be submitted due to any issue/error, technical or otherwise, which is beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.
- The organizers reserve the right to disqualify and/or refuse/restrict the participation of anyone, if, in their reasonable assessment, such participation and/or association of any participant is detrimental to the contest and/or organizers and/or partners of the contest.
- The content must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, of 1957. Anyone found infringing on others’ copyright would be disqualified from the competition. The Government of India does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants.
- The Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation and Swachh Bharat Mission Grameen will reserve the right to use the submitted material in external communication and knowledge products giving due credit to the creator. Participants may be required to furnish proof of identity if requested.
- Participants will be required to provide their name, email address, telephone number, and additional details as required at the time of registration. By submitting their details and participating in the contest, participants give consent to Ministry of Jal Shakti to use this information as required.
- Registration shall be void if the information received by the organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false, or erroneous.
- In case of any dispute or difference arises, the decision of the jury shall be final. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the participants themselves.
