The Plan(t)s For Future is a Youth Exchange Programme that will bring together 36 young participants from Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal, France, and Slovenia to explore sustainability, self-empowerment, and ecological solutions.
Through interactive non-formal education, hands-on activities, discussions, and collaborative experiences, the project will foster a deeper connection with nature, encouraging participants to reflect on their role in addressing the ecological and social challenges of today’s world and strengthening their awareness of the intricate web of life on the planet.
Objectives
- Raising ecological awareness and creating spaces to reflect about plant life and their vital role in sustaining ecosystems.
- Foster personal development, encouraging initiative and nourishing critical thinking toward alternative lifestyles.
- Development of an international network of young people committed to social and environmental change.
- Exploring the relationship between humans and nature, promoting sustainability, critical thinking, and ecological action through non-formal education methods.

Eligibility Criteria
- Participant requirements:
- Resident in one of the partner countries
- Between 18 to 30 years old (no limit for group leaders)
- Interested in the topic of the exchange.
