The Heartefact Fund is excited to announce an open call for young people from Serbia to participate in the regional VIBE Project.
The project aims to strengthen interregional cooperation among young people from Serbia, Montenegro, and Albania by promoting cultural diversity, European values, and mutual understanding.

- Further project activities, including regional exchanges, workshops, discussions, and joint initiatives with peers from Albania and Montenegro.

- Working with experienced trainers and the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills that contribute to personal and professional development.
Eligibility Criteria
- The call is open to young people aged 15 to 29 who:
- Live in Serbia.
- Are interested in topics such as culture, European integration, human rights, and regional cooperation.
- Wish to actively engage in projects promoting mutual understanding and experience exchange with young people from the region.
- They especially encourage applications from young people from diverse social, ethnic, and geographical backgrounds.
