The first rollout of the McKinsey.org Forward program covers 8 countries in Asia, Australia and New Zealand region. Their aspiration is to expand the program into more locations in the future.

Eligibility Criteria
- Currently reside in the Asia, Australia, or New Zealand region (currently, Australia, India, Japan, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Thailand)
- Be employed, self-employed, or in between jobs
- Have less than five years of total work experience
- Have more than five years of work experience but have never been responsible for directly managing any colleagues
- Have completed at least a secondary education/high school degree
- Have a good command of the English language (the program will be conducted in English)
