Next Generation Women Leaders (NGWL) Asia–Pacific Program

Attendees will participate in interactive workshops, hear from inspirational speakers and work with facilitators to further shape their leadership style, helping them become trailblazers in their personal and professional lives.

During the program, attendees will have an opportunity to not only learn about McKinsey and leadership skills but also focus on personal development (in particular confidence and practical communication skills) alongside creating a genuine connection with peers and McKinsey colleagues and alumni.

The NGWL events are intended for individuals who self-identify as Women. NGWL is one of a few programs available worldwide, which aims at enhancing capabilities and a chance to get to know McKinsey better.

Eligibility

• They ask that all participants commit to attend the entire event.
• To be considered for NGWL Asia–Pacific, you must be currently based in or have very strong ties with the Asia-Pacific region. You must also be:
  • A bachelor’s, master’s, PhD, or MBA student graduating no later than 2025.
  • A professional with up to eight years of work experience.
