Forward’s first rollout in Latin America covers 10 countries. Their aspiration is to expand the program into more locations in the future.

Eligibility Criteria
- Currently reside in the Latin America region (currently, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, The Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Mexico and Panama)
- Be employed, self-employed, or in between jobs
- Have less than five years of total work experience
- Have more than five years of work experience but have never been responsible for directly managing any colleagues
- Have completed at least a secondary education/high school degree
- Have a good command of the English or the Latin American Spanish language
