Deadline: 15 December 2023
United Way Brandon & District is seeking applications for the Financially Empowering Young Adults Program to begin assisting young working adults with their groceries and gas by purchasing and distributing gift cards.
FEYA (Financially Empowering Young Adults) is a new program for working individual’s ages 18-29 years old. This program is intended to offset the cost of these items, in hopes to allow individuals to get ahead and begin to feel financially empowered. The goal is to assist young adults, take away some of the stress and mental toll, and help them build for a self-sustainable future.
This program could not have been made possible without the support and funding from RBC Royal Bank and the generous partnership with Huddle Brandon.
How this Program Works
- If applicant meets all the requirements and approved, applicant will be contacted through email to setup a meeting to review supporting documents and receive gift card.
