The Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre under the Ministry of Home Affairs in collaboration with MyGov, invites you to share your real-life experiences of encountering cyber scams.
Whether you identified a cyber-scam in time and avoided falling into the trap, or you were scammed but later managed to recover your money with the help of the police and the cyber helpline 1930 – your story can inspire and educate thousands!

Eligibility Criteria
- Open to Indian Citizens residing in India.
Application Requirements
- Single Entry Rule: Each participant may submit one entry for the contest. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be considered.
- Submission Platform: All entries must be submitted and posted on one social media handle of the participant, tagging @CyberDost and using the hashtags – #CyberSuraksha #CyberDost #CyberSuccessStory.
- The participants agree to grant an exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license in respect of all the rights, titles and interests, including but not limited to intellectual property in the Submissions in favor of the organizers.
- Usage Rights: The winning stories may be used by I4C for promotional, publishing, and other relevant purposes.
- Content Restrictions: Submissions must be free from provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content, or they will be rejected.
- Originality: Participants must be the original owners of their stories. Plagiarism will result in disqualification and may incur legal consequences.
- Copyright Compliance: Stories must comply with the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Copyright infringement will lead to disqualification, and I4C will not be liable for any violations.
- Profile Accuracy: Participants should ensure their MyGov profile is complete, as I4C will use this information for communication. Incomplete profiles will not be considered.
- Representation: Participants must verify they are the sole authorized representatives for the submitted story.
